CX750M Buzzing in Fullscreen ultra games

Hi all,

Today i heard a buzzing sound while playing World of Tanks at 2K Ultra. This buzzing noise coming from PSU i confirmed. I searched online and i think its coil whining. Its not too distracting but i am curious if this can damage my components. They are expensive and i dont wan't to risk everything. And if i alt tab out from fullscreen noise goes away immediately.
