Half of my order hasn't shipped

I don't really know where else to turn. I completely understand how difficult a time this is, I just wanted some kind of correspondence. I wait on hold for 30 minutes at a time and when someone does pick up, I only get told that it's too late to cancel and that they'll follow up with me. But let me stop rambling and explain the situation. I ordered some parts to do my first water cooled build (finally got some confidence) and I only received 3 of the 8 parts. The order was placed on May 6th and it's still showing booked.
