H100i not showing up in iCUE

I have an H100i RGB platinum and it's kinda puzzling. The fans work, the pump works, the RGB works, I have everything correctly plugged into my Commander Pro and the appropriate headers on my motherboard. Yet when I open iCUE, it doesn't show up on my devices. I've uninstalled iCUE twice now and even specifically installed the H100i driver to see if I could get the ball rolling; all to no avail. I'm stumped here guys, any help would be lit.
