Are you able to assist as well please?

I have the same problem and I do have a case with customer support logged.

Hello, I have the same issue. I purchased a T1 Racer on March 23rd, 2020 and noticed the same issue: the gas lift is the wrong shape and sinks right through until he thicker section at the top stops it, meaning that the chair will not rise to the advertised height. I phoned German support and was sent a new gas lift immediately. It arrived today. Unfortunately, it is the same type. I have got in touch with German support again, and I am hoping for a workable solution. I don't want to return the chair as it is comfortable and attractive otherwise. -Delahunt

Default Top notch support!

So, Corsair support were fantastic.

They send me the new shock and wheels, sadly this didn't work so they sent me a whole new spider spoke and chair mounting bracket.

All is sorted, chair is fantastic again!

Top notch, brilliant!

Corsair support is excellent. I wish the products were as good. I'm on my third set of casters in less than 18 months with my T1 chair. Left armrest is broken as well, it quit moving in any direction.

Well, we are a group of poor people with a concrete problem with the Corsair Chairs. Same problem with the T1 Race (2018) bought on @mazon. I couldn't believe this, why my table and chair have this big gap of height? It was also a gift for my birthday in addition to my first gamer chair thought for my shoulder in first appeal.
No reviews said this, neither guide of 'best by in 2020' unbelievable. I just wrote my temporary review and contacted directly Corsair support for check of quality. In this case warranty would be available to send us the replacment and warn the resellers.

So I discovered that I'm not alone, here in photo my personal study of lift piston gas and/or bad build of base legs.

I just registered for the same thing, I just bought the chair and is really really low, like there is no way this is something normal.

Returning the chair is just a huge hassle, this should be advertised when buying the product, I have contacted corsair support, but still no answer.

Is there anything that can be done?

Exclamation My gas cylinder is too low also

I purchased this chair in June 2019 to assist with my disability accommodation at work, and I paid over three hundred dollars for it.

It’s been this low and all standard desks are 30 inches tall, yet this chair with the gas cylinder problem, sits it’s highest at 26 inches.

Thus, the chair that I purchased to accommodate a physical disability, is now causing me other physical issues (such as shoulder pains) due to the height difference of the chair and the standards desk.

How can I put in a ticket for the gas cylinder or wheel base to be replaced please?

Same issue for me. Bought this chair on March/2020.
Gas cylinder is too close to the floor and chair is too low.
This is actually killing my back.
I will contact support let's hope they will help me!
