So were can we get replacement parts for our Corsair Ones, especially now that many of us are out of our warranties? Definitely a major deciding factor when purchasing a PC and moving forward with current C1 owners. It's been over week no reply yet.

So no reply at all in over a week and during the Holidays. I take that as a no we haven't figured that out yet. For now you are left to figure out the problem yourself, or buy a new one if your product is out of warranty. Hmmmmm that's what it sounds like. Great product, poor long term exclusive support.

Starting to not sound like a good idea to get another C1. Good thing I haven't had any issues with my exclusive hardware configuration now that my warranty period is over.

Corsair Dustin common my dude I'm lookin for you on this one Brotha.

Bump.
I'd also like to be able to purchase the cooling system as one of my i164 systems has the dreaded pump cavitation noise and I figure the easiest is just to replace the AIO cooler myself.

I too have been seeking a replacement RAD/AIO for a Corsair One i7-7700k system, yesterday receiving a email from Corsair Support telling me that they will not sell me the parts and that I should drop $5,000 AUD on a new system instead.

Now I’m forced to make application to the Department of fair trading, to seek a full refund of the system, as they refused to support the customer with replacement parts.

I have loved the Corsair One concept and love the design on my desk, but the customer service/support is not there. Anyone buying a Corsair One should think twice, because replacing the entire system when a $300 part fails is not acceptable.

Shameful really.

I fully agree with you, the reality is that we have been set a side with older system. The same going to happen to those who buys new systems now. Thank god i purchased second hand Corsair one (700$) and didn't pay the full price, i feel you m8. It is the first and the last time i'm buying pre-build system from Corsair.
Luckily you can upgrade your system by yourself, it's not an easy task and GPU is the most pain in the ... as it has special cooling plate which will not fit on all of the GPU's but it's doable.

It just doesn’t make sense. Corsair have designed and built a great product, which has introduced customers like myself and others. However, to not support the product with spares?? It’s crazy! Who throws away a $5,000 computer because the RAD/AIO is damaged?

I received an email from Corsair yesterday informing me that my request to purchase a replacement RAD/AIO had been escalated. What does this mean?

My problem is dead simple, I just need to purchase a replacement RAD/AIO for the GPU side!

Frustrated and waiting!
