i have a Corsair k70 mk2 on windows 10

whenever i start Icue , be it auto start up or manual . there will be a disconnect sound as if a USB has been disconnect, and Corsair composite virtual input device disappear from device manager.

The only way to have macro to work is to repair icue or uninstall corsair bus (every restart of PC) and let it scan again for the above to appear again.

I have tried reinstall, run icue as admin (windows /78), untick allow the computer to turn off this device to save power, change polling rate and nothing works

Is there anyway to solve this issue?

I have the same issue with a Scimitar RGB Pro, it's also probably the reason why macros on my keyboard have never worked.

This is the message in device manager:

Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.

I only got the mouse today and have pretty much wasted the day trying to get it to work. The only way the driver works is to quit iCue which isn't viable for me due to the fan/pump/temp settings I have.
