red-ray
Can anyone tell me if this is normal? I have a SF600 To me it seems unusual but when I tried to see what the manual says there does not seem to be one I can download :(:. If you have a manual what cables is the SF600 specified to come with? If it's PCI-E cable 8PIN (6+2) then I expect the cable you have is faulty. Post pictures. There should be a section in the manual similar to as the one below which is for my AX1500i. I suspect the date of January 01,001 is incorrect :o:
Administrators Technobeard Posted May 18, 2016 Administrators Share Posted May 18, 2016 The SF600 manual's back. If you're saying it's missing from the PSU end, that's normal. IIRC one ground cable from the PSU end splits off into two pins for the PCI-E end.
red-ray
The manual specifies a PCI-E cable 8PIN (6+2) so I would expect all 8 pins to be connected as they are in me AX1500i cables. Post pictures. I feel only Corsair or a SF600 owner will be able to tell you for sure, log a support call via https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp
