Through my tracking on Canada post however, it says the packaged have been delivered and signed for. On may the 31st 11:23, today is June 2nd 13:08, That's 48 hours, way past the 24 hours they said it would take to update status. Anyone got any ideas? Is this normal? Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted June 2, 2011 Corsair Employee Share Posted June 2, 2011 I am sorry about that but I cannot send our customer service a message to check into this with out the case or RMA#, So I would suggest you contact them directly for more information. However, the RMA 's are processed at the factory in Taiwan and we will ship all of the RMA's for one day to the closest hub in one Pallet then once the palette arrives it is broken up and given to UPS or their delivery partner. So what happens is UPS may not have it in their system until the day of delivery. Especially if its out side the USA, it is common to have the tracking information become live as the package is delivered, sorry but it does happen.
