How Many ML140 PRO's can the H115i support?

I am pretty sure the answer will be four, since that would allow push-pull, but I would like to drive a fifth and I am concerned that may be a bit too much.

Can anyone advise?

Also, if I am forced to use a hub, is there such a thing as a true PWM hub? That will drive the additional PWM fans in true PWM mode?? ( not just at 100% speed!) ?

The alternative to this is to get a PWM hub to drive three pin fans and use something other than the ML140's but without PWM I am not sure what because I really want to match the speed of the fans on the H115i.

Push/pull of 280mm coolers is total overkill and a waste of time and money, but if you really want to connect 5 x 4-pin PWM fans you will need http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/400712293079 or similar.

There seem to be many hubs that say 4-pin, but one have 3-pin connections, but http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/182610740933 looks to be a 10-way 4-pin PWM powered hub.

Given for 4 fans you need 2 x Y cables you would be advised to get a powered hub anyway.

Hello and thanks for the reply. It's not for a push/pull configuration but I figured that the H115i hub would be able to manage that since no doubt someone would want to use that configuration! No, I want to drive some system fans at the same % speed as the H115i fans.

I get confused with PWM hubs because not all of them seem to be true PWM hubs. I have seen many complaints that products that market themselves as PWM hubs will in fact only drive three pin fans.

Ah those ones you have outlined are great, they are either visibly PWM or clearly specify they are!! Thank you!
