Ollowain SF Posted August 10, 2020 Share Posted August 10, 2020 (edited) My Headset caused a few problems, a few days ago. I recognized the missing speaking messages for mic off/on and for charging. I wanted to see the options set on icue and there my headset couldnt be found if it was pluged in only via USB. Wireless connection still works with sound and mic but still no voice messages. Firmware-Update was not possible bc headset was not found by icue or soundmanager in windows if only pluged in via USB. Anyone knows the problem? Any solutions? RustyBender Posted August 10, 2020 Share Posted August 10, 2020 Try updating ICUE if there is an update, try restarting your PC and try using a different USB port to connect your headset, USB 2.0, 3.0 or even 3.1 if you have one. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
