schwingep Posted July 8, 2020 Share Posted July 8, 2020 Hi All, Just got the RGB. I updated the firmware on my PC and have the latest version of iCUE. Once logged in, I don't have any problems with the mouse, but... I can't use it at the login window. Some of the buttons will make the cursor move but I can't actually move the mouse. Instead, I have to use the Mac's Magic Mouse to click the pwd field. I'm using the RGB through the USB connection (Bluetooth is absolutely terrible on the Mini's.) Any ideas?
