cbecker7
I've been trying to install this mouse for 4 hours and I keep running into problems. I finally got it to light up and for CUE to recognize it. I can change the DPI and use the sniper button but the mouse won't move the cursor at all, I can't figure out whats wrong with it. What really makes me mad is that I set up the mouse on my laptop and it worked perfectly, right away.
DeniCevap
Seems like we almost have the same problem. If you disable CUE from auto start and then restart your PC without starting CUE - does your mouse work perfectly then?
Toasted
Is the mouse working fine on the laptop with CUE installed? If so, have you tried a different USB port on your computer? Latest chipset drivers, BIOS, Windows update etc?
cbecker7
The mouse works perfect on the laptop with CUE installed. I've tried multiple USB ports and updating my computer made it so the mouse is actually recognized by my system, but it still doesn't move. I havn't updated chipsets or anything yet or BIOS. I tried turning off the auto-start on CUE and it didn't help.
holonalu
Same problem here. Asus M4A89GTD Pro, windows 10, 64 bit. Cursor won't move
Toasted
You'll want to make sure your USB chipset drivers, Windows and the BIOS is up to date. Do any of the primary buttons work (Left/Right click) as well or does the whole mouse not work?
