kupokitty
Heya folks, I just picked up the H100i v2 today because there isn't any AC in my house and it's probably going to get hot soon. I installed everything just fine (aside from my CPU fusing to my old heatsink), until I discovered that I don't have enough USB headers to be able to use all of my USB ports AND the cooling kit. I plugged the pump into the CPU_FAN header and the radiator fans into CPU_OPT and CHA_FAN3 because that's what my cables could reach. Is not plugging in the Link cable a bad idea, and can I just use a different cable and plug the pump into one of the USB ports in the back instead of the header? red-ray
See http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=759585 for two different options or you could plug it into the back.
