Ryzze Posted May 23, 2020 Share Posted May 23, 2020 Hey all, I'm unable to update the firmware of my Corsair Virtuoso in iCUE. Once I press update, my computer stops detecting them, showing me a ''No device detected!'' message. Another problem I'm having is they disconnect randomly. I've only had them for a day and this happened while on Discord, haven't checked in games. USB mode won't work when the microphone is plugged in, not sure if this is an actual issue or if it's meant to be that way but, that also happens. If it's meant to be, please disregard this last issue. I've done a clean install of iCUE but that didn't help. Could it be a faulty headset? What can I do to fix this? Thanks in advance!
