Default Corsair Void Mic setup?

I just bought my corsair void today. I am trying to set it up and I have the sound coming through just fine. I have set the playback default to the headset itself. Sound works great! I opened up Teamspeak and I can not get the mic to register at all. I have set it to the default but no Mic.

Now I have restarted my computer and I cannot get them to turn back on? Do I have a defective product?

Finally got it to turn on. Is it normal to have to press the button in really hard to get it to turn on?

No, it should not require force to turn on the headset. It is possible you may have a defective headset.

Contact your retailer and see whether they can replace the headset for you or submit a ticket to Corsair for a replacement.
