Default m90 jumpy cursor problems

i been having problems with my m90 mouse ever since the power went out. the power went out shutting off my computer and when i turned my computer back on the mouse pointer refused to work. i decided to use another mouse to reinstall the firmware and the drivers and i managed to get it working but now the cursor seems to jump everywhere as it moves.

if i turn the dpi to the lowest seeting i can use it but the higher the dpi goes the jumpier it gets any idead to whats causing the problem?

ive already tried cleaning the lens with a qtip and no luck

Does the issue occur when plugged into another computer?

Can you try adjust the lift height and see if that helps?

Request an RMA to replace the mouse.
