ok this is very odd. DHL informed me on 24-6-2014 that shipment has been delivered and sign at 14:25 by (C BROWN) at RMA department but (Henry TS) updated the ticket at 18:34 that he hasn't received the shipment?

is RMA and Customer service not working together????

 

please can someone help.

There's nothing wrong, you just have to be patient. It takes time between when something has arrived and it's checked into the system.

It still shows in our system that we are waiting to receive the unit. Do you have a tracking number?
