SmashingK
Hi I've just recently put together a new machine and have noticed that the sound from the front panel of my C70 is breaking up on the left earphone. I've tried the back connection on the motherboard and that's fine. I've also reconnected the front panel audio connector to the motherboard and am still having the issue. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks
Toasted
Probably a faulty I/O panel. Does it do the same thing when you connect any other earphones/headphones/speakers? Request an RMA to replace the front I/O panel. Make sure you upload a picture of your invoice as proof of purchase. https://corsair.secure.force.com/
SmashingK
Apologies for the late reply. Yes it's the same with different headphones. Didn't know you could RMA for just a front I/O panel. Thanks for the assist.
