I downloaded a profile from the forums and everything looked like it was going well, until i clicked out of the "CUE" software window. When i did it reset back to the Red and blue waves across the keyboard, And the profile i downloaded only works when i have the "CUE" software clicked on, the profile wont work when i click outside the window, PLEASE HELP. ScarredMecha Posted March 31, 2015 Share Posted March 31, 2015 First of all, did you read the manual? You have to set the profile to be the default profile. Alternatively, you can right click the CUE icon in the system tray and select the desired profile to change the active profile to it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
