falcon26 Posted January 24, 2020 Share Posted January 24, 2020 (edited) So I got a new MP600 1TB. I paired it with my 9900K and Intel Z390 chipset. Now I know I will not get the Gen 4 speeds since I am on Intel. But after running Crystaldiskmark all my scores look awesome except the bottom one. My Old Samsung 970 Pro is about 3 times as much on that bottom score. I ran the test twice and it came up pretty much the same way both times. Why does it seem that this drive sucks at that particular test and why is that? Forgot to mention did a fresh install of Windows 10 64 bit, installed in Intel Premium RST mode, not AHCI mode.
