phirephoto
I have a Dark RGB Mouse. Connected via bluetooth. The iCue software shows no device connected. It only shows connected when I connect via wired or with the receiver. Is there a way to make it show connected when connected via bluetooth? Thanks. phirephoto
To clarify: It IS working via bluetooth, as in I can move the mouse and use it, but iCue shows not connected.
Apophis3
No, iCUE does not currently support devices connected via BlueTooth. You can customize your settings and use a hardware profile when on BlueTooth, but you need to be wired to update and overwrite the profile on the mouse. So follow up: I have a QI Mouse pad: https://amzn.to/334yqqX The mouse pad goes green - showing it's charging, but the lights never increment on the mouse. Bad mouse? Bad charger? The app too doesn't show "Charging" (I'm assuming it should while it's charging?) Thanks :)
Apophis3
The mouse lighting turns white when it is charging, as I understand. I personally don't have the SE version. You may need to experiment a bit to find when the mouse syncs with the charger.
