ICUE is not lanuching

I'm clicking on the file icon, the program in my start menu and the program doesn't seem to want to launch, I've tried reinstalls, clean reinstalls by deleting the files in appdata and local, but nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions that can help?

Same problem since 29 version. I can't even install the program: i open the installer, i see the blue icon spinning and than, after a while, an error message pop-up "installer is not responding". I can see the program on task manager on background.

Version 28 works fine.

For some reason if i use another local account on Windows latest version works, but i can't open or uninstall from my main account.

I've already try clean uninstalling with Revo but nothing.
