So a bit ago i bought the H115i but since it didn't fit in my case i decided to get a new case later, today i looked closer and noticed that i made a few holes (probably when trying to screw the fans in) so my question is, can i still use it without it leaking or something similiar to that?

It should be fine. The wavy fins are fine if they're damaged, they are just meant to be a heatsink. The long parts that go all the way up and down should be safe from damage. Just plug it in to power and let it run for a while if you're not sure.
