Pat2204
Hi, i get the K70 Rapidfire to christmas and everything is working fine, except one thing. The USB Port on the Keyboard does not work. I tried to charge my Phone on it and a couple of other devices, but no reaction. Is there anything i need to do?
Toasted
You will need to connect the second USB connector (Has two arrows on it) in order for the port to work.

terabyte
i put the USB Connector with the keyboard on it in my USB 3.0 Port, do i really need to connect the other one? Yes, the other cable is simply a pass-through for the USB port. If you don't connect it it won't work. The 1xUSB 3.0 or 2xUSB 2.0 ports requirements is for the old/original K65/K70/K95 RGB keyboards that needed more power to function and didn't have a USB pass-through unlinke the new KXX LUX RGB and Strafe series. Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted July 6, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 6, 2017 The USB should work regardless of a firmware issue. If you haven't done so already, I recommend contacting Technical Support through the following link: https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp
