IRONCLAW WIRELESS only works with wire

Update: THE LAST I TRIED... JUST RESTART MY COMPUTER... AND EVERYTHING IS WORKING AGAIN... LOL

Hi all,

My mouse suddenly stopped working with the wireless function... I tried to unplug/replug or soft reset, update all driver, software of ICUE but it still not working. My mouse still can receive the wireless with dongle and the led lighting effect but it cannot use to moving the cursor. It just can only use by plug the wire to moving the cursor.

All list I tried:

+ Update:

Update mouse firmware to: V1.16.107

Update Dongle Firmware to: V1.11.52

Update Software version To: 3.30.97

+ Soft reset:

1. Turn off the mouse

2. Press and hold the left & right mouse

3. Turn on the mouse again

4. Waiting 5 seconds and release the left & right mouse

==>Not working

+ Reset with up & down button (below scoll wheel button)

1. Turn off the mouse

2. Press and hold the up & down mouse

3. Turn on the mouse again

==>Not working

Someone has this issue and already fixed it ? please help me know how to fix.

I had the same problem. Just USB plug your mouse

Open icue

Go to settings

Update mouse firmware

turn on mouse

It should woks
