Default Problems with H100i GTX

Hi, my name is Thomas.

Just installed Corsair Hydro Series H100i GTX and it isn't detected under "Devices" in Corsair Link. I also cannot find it in Device Manager. Is there supposed to be firmware for this product? My ASUS motherboard can use Q-control to adjust the speeds by the way. I don't know the extent of the control of Q-control because I don't want to mess with anything else.

Assuming the H110iGTX is connected to the CPU_FAN header you need to either disable Q-Fan control or select PWM Q-Fan control in the BIOS. On some ASUS boards if you disable Q-Fan the RPM will not get reported so it's probably easiest just to select PWM Q-Fan control.
