Anthony1
This may fix issue for Windows 10. It did for me! It is not a bug in the software, but then again I did not write the program. The only thing I had to is change my power settings. The registry fix entries that is posted for Windows 8 did not exist on my computer. So I did the next best thing. Type "power options" in windows search bar and select power options program> Select change plan settings for you preferred plan that is selected>Select change advanced power settings. Expand the + icon on USB setting Expand the + USB selective suspend setting Change setting to disable Now I am assuming you have no need to save on battery power as my cooler only resides in a desktop(it is a logical conclusion). Good Luck.
