Albatar
Hi, I've bought a K70 RBG MK2 in april 2019 and since 1 month my F1 key, my num lock key and / * - + Enter keys (the ones on the keypad) don't respond anymore, i've tried to reset my keyboard and updated the firmware, they still don't work anymore, i haven't changed anything before that, however i've noticed that my keyboard sometimes light up by itself when my computer is off. Anything i could try to fix that ? Edited December 11, 2019 by Albatar
c-attack
See below. There are numerous threads with various titles discussing the issue. Try clearing out your Actions Library. https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=191832 The keyboard light up when off/sleep mode is unrelated. Your BIOS/MB has a setting to provide power or not to the USB ports when in this state. If you bump the desk, hit a key, etc., the MB sees that as something that needs power and provides. You can disable this in the BIOS, but that will also prevent charging devices when the PC is in sleep/off. Otherwise if you trigger the light show, pull the keyboard plugs out from the USB slots until the next time you have to use it.

Thanks for your answer, i've cleared all the actions, but the problem hasn't been fixed, i'm going to try to install the 3.21 frimware.
c-attack
The numpad keys + Enter are not normally affected, but there doesn't seem to be a solid rule on how it reacts. It is possible you have a different issue, but the timings of your problem coincides with the launch of the error in iCUE 3.22. If the problem still exists in 3.21, then we are looking at something else.

c-attack
OK, then we are looking for something else. Go to the link below and you can try a soft reset. However, I am not expecting a change and I think you need to do the hard reset. For that, you need to contact Corsair through the Ticket Support System in the header above. Probably will take them a few days to respond. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025465031-How-to-Reset-your-keyboard

However after the soft reset my keyboard was typing / * - + by itself then stopped to do so. Thanks for the help C-attack.
