1. v2.7.5361
2. Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
3. Temperatures and fans showing 0 in Corsair Link software.
4. I decided to upgrade to the most recent Corsair Link 2.7.5361. (prev version was 2.7.5339 which was working fine for me). I followed the installation instructions but there are some reading errors. My h80i temp is missing, the temperature of my CPU is shown as 0 and all my fans in my case are shown as 0.
5.

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anybody could help me? I have a corsair H100i with the original fans that came with it. The software is detecting the pump but not the fans? This means I am unable to control the RPM of my fans. It is also missing alot of my case fans. Is this normal?

Here is a screenshot:

Would appreciate any help with this. Thanks.

Question C. Link PSU Fan "Min/Max" setting?

Hi Folks,
I just purchased and installed the RM 1000 last night and I’ve been trying to make sense of the Current and fan control options.

In short, I’d like to get the PSU to spin the fan to 35% of its max RPM as soon as the system starts up. Then it can adjust as needed if/when the load exceeds 40%. However, the more I hear myself asking for that, the less I think that this software will permit it.

So the next best thing would be to understand what the “Minimum” and “Maximum” settings option refers to. Is it fan RPM percentage, Fan RPM, or temperature settings? (It doesn’t indicate what it refers to).

I also tried the “run all fans at 100%” option but that isn’t spinning the fan either, or at least, the Corsair Link panel isn’t displaying that it is.

I don’t have the Corsair Commander but from what little instruction I could find on this PSU and Corsair Link, (an online PDF manual download), Corsair link should still work to some extent.

I’m beginning to think that the Corsair Link software will ONLY monitor your system’s hardware but will not control it without Corsair Commander! Am I getting warm?!
Thanks,
Rich

Is there a way to get an older version of the C Link? If you had good luck with the 2.7.5339, I'd like to try it and see if it works for me!
Thanks,
Rich

I can't get Corsair Link to consistently detect my Commander Mini. I've tried versions 2.7.5361 and 2.7.5339. I'm running Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit so I tried the registry tweak mentioned here, but it didn't help. I've also made sure to delete the Corsair folder in %appdata% when uninstalling.

My H80i is recognized by the software, so I tried swapping the USB headers used by the Mini and the H80i to see if the header was the issue. Turns out it's not since the H80i was detected when connected to the header the Commander Mini previously was but the Mini was still not recognized.

The Mini has been detected before, and when it was it prompted me to complete a firmware update (which I did), but it never stays detected in the software. Fans connected to it stop responding to changes made in the software and then the device disappears altogether after a restart.

Is there any additional information I can provide to help get this fixed?

Default Point 5 not plotted on Custom Curve

1. Link v2.7.5361

2. Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

3. Custom curve chart does not display point 5.

4. Points 1 to 4 are displayed on the chart correctly as entered below. Point 5 is not plotted and the chart just continues flat from Point 4.

Not the biggest problem with this software but this one should be easy to fix!

5. Example image attached. CPU temp at 49C, Fan at 1018 rpm. Point 5 configured as 50C = 1050 rpm. Chart cross hairs appear to be plotted accurately where Point 5 should be on the blue custom curve.

2.4.5110 seems to be the most stable and reliable, however you will have no motherboard information. I think I have managed to get 2.7.5361 stable (all motherboard connections, commander info, H100i info and PSU) with Windows 7 64bit, testing for another week and will post a how to.

Here are the previous versions:

5110 is imop the best and most stable version for win7 and still offer the needed readings
another tidbit i recently discover is that when installing steam games,it installs needed core components and certain ones will affect link functions.
I had my link set for manual start and after a game install link auto started and i had to go in and change again...

Default You Suck

I have to say it and I don't care who gets ofended or what.
Microsoft is testing Windows 10 and corsair is still unable to catch up to 8.1 which is pretty old by now.
Your support to customers SUCK. Never seen a company so slow and unwilling to provide.
Can't believe we are ending 2014 and still not have a proper software for the H100i (in my case) line of products.
I updated to the RC software, don't have any of the motherboards listed where legacy support on the USB would be a problem and still can't see any of my corsair fans or pump listed. No matter what settings I use in the bios.
You are really BAD AT THIS, sorry.
At least now I know we can't count on you for certain things like SUPPORT.
