Default Pb using Vengeance LP (CML16GX3M4A1600C9)

Hello,
I've assembled the following items :
processor : Intel Haswell I7-4771 3,5 GHz LGA1150
MB : ASUS Z87-PLUS (boot is up to date)
RAM : Corsair Vengence Pro Dimm Kit 4 * 4Gb ( part number = CML16GX3M4A1600C9)

I'm testing using memtest86+ 5.01

So, using all 4 sticks in same time get my computer crazy (bios freeze or BSOD)
I've test each stick standalone and one seems damage.
After many tests, computer stops running with it.

For the 3 others, it's better.
Testing them standalone get no error but if I want to use them by duo I got errors. The only way I found is to down speed performance I mean setting DDR-1333 in bios instead of DDR-1666.
I set default parameters first and activate XMP 1.2 profile.

CPU-Z show me the right specifications.
Just the memory tab shows DRAM Frequency 799,9 MHz instead of 800 MHz but I'm not afraid by this little difference.

ASUS Open Vendors List doesn't list my DIMM sticks, so I think they are not compatible with my MB.

What do you think ?

I've open cases both ASUS and Corsair support but I'm trying by myself in same time because they are not speed to reply.

Regards
VincentK
