I think I installed CUE, then it prompt me to install the latest firmware.

I've been having issues with the OSD going behind the game window. It's fairly annoying. Not sure if this is just in the new CUE software. Has anybody else had this problem?

I am wondering if Corsair might release an updated version of CUE or firmware in the near future?

Hi,
I'am having problems with the CUE, when i try to run it (already installed) it sits on the "settings>programs" screen, then it goes to profiles, and it crashes. i can't do anything with it. sometimes when i reboot my pc it will actually not crash,, but if click update firmware it insta crashes again. I tried every mode on the little switch on the back but with no luck.

also some buttons get double input randomly like "," for instance.. this is really annoying.

i've tried everyhting i can think of, i reinstalled the CUE several times, i deleted all drivers from device manager, and then installed it. but again no luck.

Please help me out here! thanks

How can you reset the software to the factory defaults? I think I messed up a few things and want to start again by removing everything. But I see no option to do this in the application settings.
I removed all entries of all layers of the app but now removed the "default profile" also and want to start clean. maybe you can remove some user (or hidden) folder to do this?

Many threads about this. Lots here still having issues. Can only hope Corsair fix this asap?

Access the AppData foldere under your login user name and navigate too Roaming\Corsair\HID and delete the HID folder. This will delete everything. Restart your PC afterwards.

Maybe someone can help me with my problem. I've been trying to install CUE for sometime today. Just got my K70 in the mail, and every time it gets to installing the drivers on the setup my whole PC freezes up and I have to restart it. Can't seem to get past it at all, any ideas?

EDIT: Nevermind, totally just randomly tried it again and it went through!

This thread can be removed from the Sticky ones now, there is already another for the latest 1.3.91 version.
