Default Force Series™ F80A - Windows 8 BSOD solved?

I have been running Windows 8 Enterprise Final on a Elitebook 6930P with an Force Series™ F80A Solid-State Hard Drive Firmware Version 1.1 for more than 10 days without any Blue Screen sleep resume issues.

If I install Windows 7 Ultimate on the same laptop it Blue Screens immediately after resume from sleep.

Why does it work in Windows 8?

Updated firmware to 2.4 - same story. Blue Screen in Windows 7 - No issues in Windows 8...

Disk is being returned to shop on warranty.
