Ruderle
My Scimitar Pro mouse wheel broke today and I'm looking for a way to rebind scroll functionality to another button on the mouse. I have looked in the remaps in ICUE for a way to do this but I'm not finding the function. I'm not even sure if this is possible but any help would be appreciated. Not being able to scroll is really limiting what games I'm currently able to play.
c-attack
Open CUE -> Scimitar Pro -> Actions Tab Click + to create a new action. Change the drop down selector from Macro to "Remap Mouse Button". Scroll up and Scroll down are both choices. You will need two actions - one for each. Then assign them to other working mouse buttons.
CPY
How do I remap mouse wheel up and down in icue4? I don't see action tab.
Corsair Employee Corsair Haurjie Posted April 27, 2021 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 27, 2021 Hi Ruderle, Not sure if the older iCUE 3 has remapping option for scroll up and down, but download the new iCUE 4 and try it. We have that option implemented.
CPY
I have iCUE 4 and I don't see mouse wheel scroll remapping on scimitar elite. I can only remap mouse wheel click.
ArronConPollo
They do not have this option in any version of ICUE. This is such a ridiculous thing to not have implemented already. I've seen posts in the forums about this dating as far back as 2015. They are completely aware of this, yet fail to implement such a simple feature in 2021. ArronConPollo
As far as I know the only solutions are to use AHK scripts or Just completely switch brands. From what I've read Logitech, Razer, Steelseries all support this feature.
HorsemanWar
https://gyazo.com/441bab955a96d4884b75a3bd60ff610a Not sure if this helps at all but in the key assignment page for the Scimitar that's how you would do it, kinda a bypass for it after the shitty mouse wheel starts jumping.
