What is the cause? are they planning to update the corsair link software? I am using Windows 8 x64 with an Asus Maximus V Formula motherboard and i7 3770k CPU You have a double post that has been answered many times, first the Sierrra service is a know issue, which should be corrected next update, and second windows 8 is not supported at this time even though some have gotten it to work others cant. dgrilli Posted March 10, 2013 Share Posted March 10, 2013 I deal with this by only starting the software after my computer is booted up and will run all day long till I shut down but before I shut down I shut the Sierra Link Software down then I shut down.
