ForteGX Posted September 15, 2020 Share Posted September 15, 2020 I have reinstalled all drivers and the most recent iCUE. It is set to the default device, I have tried multiple USB ports, checked privacy settings, power settings, volume settings. Nothing makes the mic turn on. The mic button seems to toggle on iCUE, but the mic never says "mic on" and it never picks anything up. The only time it works is when I plug it into an older computer on windows 8... I have no idea what to do to make this work. I've been having issues where if I turned off the mic I would need to reinstall all drivers to get things working for a couple weeks now, but now even that doesn't work. Attempt to repair the iCUE software.
