ZiiC
Hey guys, so my HX1050 will speed up for about 2 seconds every 5-10 minutes or so, its been doing this since I got it but I just wanted to know if that is okay? Is there any way to actually control the fan speed of it? That would be cool. Here are my system specs: MOBO: ASUS ROG Crosshair V Formula Z CPU: AMD FX 8350 Eight Core Processor RAM: Corsair dominator 16gb Video Card: ASUS ATI Radeon 7970 CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i HDD: 2x Western digital 1tb Black SDD: 2x OCZ Vertex 4 128gb Disc drive: Lite-On iHas (Revision B) Blue Ray drive: Asus Blue ray optical drive PSU: Corsair HX1050 Chassis: Cooler Master Cosmos 2 Thanks guys! Bryy_Miller
My PSU is brand new and the fan has never worked. Been trying to find any new info on how to manually use the Hybrid Fan Controller. My specs are: Gigabye Z87-D3HP Haswell i7-4700k Radeon 7850 16GB RAM, Corsair Vengeance (tested to see if it was the problem, passed) 120GB Samsung SSD 1TB 5200rpm WD HDD
HOODedAssault
Bry your psu is massive overkill for your system. It's probably never had the need to turn on.

I doubt you'll ever see it run. But to answer both of you,Sorry with the HX1050 there is no way to manually set the fan speed.
