Corsair one Pro issues?

I recently received my corsair one pro from amazon, and when it works, it works great. However there are a few things that seem to happen all to often, for instance, I sometimes have to reset my PC 10+ times for it to actually boot up. And sometimes I get audio issues, like when playing a game, if I play say Spotify, everything gets choppy, and sometimes freezes the unit. Also YouTube, forget it, all the videos are choppy with awful audi, an I the only one having said issues? Or is this common? Other issues is sometimes I'll be running games at a comfortable 75-100 frames, but other times I'll run the same game and be lucky to get 5

I have the same issue as several other users with the cold boot:

- No display out (when waking computer)

- Computer not posting when trying to boot

- The issues happened after two days of use

- Tried clear the CMOS, different cables, power down, no success

- The Corsair support page does not recognize my serial number

Serial Number: 000117255101

My apologies Corsair Dustin, with the CMOS clearing, it works again.

Thank you for your care!

The question is what is causing it and how can it be solved not to happen again?

Will we have an UEFI update or similar solution, can we upgrade with the motherboard's latest UEFI?

The CMOS issue is a problem that affects a very small percentage of Kaby Lake-based systems and isn't necessarily confined to Corsair One. We're working with our motherboard vendor to develop a fix to be implemented in the UEFI; when we have an updated UEFI with the fix, we'll post it to the Corsair One downloads page.

Please make sure you've selected the correct part number and that there are no spaces before or after the serial number.

I also can't submit an RMA request for my Corsair One that is exhibiting this issue because it claims the serial number is invalid. See the attached image.

You have to click the "Check Serial Number" button in order for it to validate the Serial Number. The S/N is the number on the bottom of the unit.

From the screenshot, it looks like you also need to click on the Blue CS-9000011-NA link as well after clicking "Search Part Number."

Caliente

And now I've purchased a new 144hz monitor with a display port configuration, and the unit says that it doesn't detect the monitor, I've already swapped to the gen2 trick and the HDMI port still works and it boots fine, but it doesn't seem to recognize either of the display ports
