DevBiker Posted August 18, 2019 Share Posted August 18, 2019 No, it can mount to any 120mm or 140mm fan or fan mount (so any radiator). The bracket can also be mounted in some cases or you can drill holes for it. See the manual for the dimensions of the screw holes. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Using enclosed fan mounting adapter plates (120mm and 140mm fan hole size), bottom or sideDirectly to case sheet metal, bottom or side For direct mount and hole pattern, please refer to the XD5 QSG, page 10. Some cases provide compatible hole pattern options, for other you will need advanced measures to install the XD5 unit. As for the Air 540 case.
