My problem is the defective fan controller in my Corsair Graphite 600T (White) One of the channels seem to burned out in a month time after I bought the case. I sent RMA request to corsair around two months ago since now, my case number was #5661811, but seems nothing is happened still. I filled in everything I was asked in the RMA form, I did the whole process up to the point where I got sent an email with details on how I should package and return the defective product which I was told to ignore I am also sent a confirmation, that I had filled in the RMA form completely to Spare Parts Department, I was asked to send it.
