Thinking of upgrading really old computer; M1200 model, chipset AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+

Existing memory: PC2-6400 (400 MHz) 1024 MBytes, PC2-6400 (400 MHz) 1024 MBytes, PC2-6400 (400 MHz) 2048 MBytes

Possible replacement

2 of the following kit: XMS2 TWIN2X4096-6400C5C 4GB DDR2 2X2GB PC2-6400 DDR2-800 CL 5-5-5-18 240PIN Memory Kit

Is this a good combination for desktop office work, very little gaming or movies, and fair amount of graphics work?

Any other suggested memory choices?
