Kaedo1290
Hello Everyone, I am new to this site but I wanted to post a question. I just got the k40 and m40 yesterday, and as I was plugging them into my computer, it seems to just stop everything, as windows is searching for the driver it shuts off my current keyboard plugged in and my old mouse. As I attempt to unplug everything and plug it back in there is no solution. Ive tried all the usb ports, as well as plugging in the k40 and m40 by themselves and still it freezes everything. I tried to download the software but it ask for the items to be plugged in and when i do, it freezes my computer. If anyone have had the same issue and has a answer that would be amazing to get as I am quite excited to use my new keyboard and mouse but with this issue I am unable to do so.
