Default Corsair Void Wireless Microphone detected but not working

Hello! I haven't seen anybody with the same issue so I guess I'll post this here

So today I got my brand new Corsair Void Wireless. I installed everything and they sound great.

The problem is my microphone is detected, updated and ready to work but it just doesn't work. People couldnt hear me on Curse or Battle.net, but if I moved the microphone (up and down) they would hear a really annoying noise. I went to Skype and I did like a trial call where u test your microphone and stuff. So I started talking and I moved my mic up and down again. So I could hear the weird noise and then in the back I heard myself but really really low... Idk what to do I know this is weird but any help would be appreciated! D:

Thank you

I'd suggest you contact your reseller and see whether they can replace the headset for you. It seems like there could be an issue with the headset's microphone.

Not an issue with the headset. The mic's sensitivity is really low. You can use this - https://sourceforge.net/projects/equalizerapo/ . First I would suggest turning off the power down settings in the Device Manager and Power Settings. It seems when there is no sound coming into the mic, it powers down and is not able to power back up.
