Weird rgb behaviour on my ram sticks

Hello people. I have this little problem, maybe you can help me to solve it. I have 4x8gb Dominator Platinum (cmt16gx4m2c3200c16) they work just perfect, but one of the sticks is having some weird rgb behaviour, it only turns on blue, It doesn't matter the effect I apply they will work(at the moment I have them all on static color, 3 of them are white and the first one is completely blue), but only if that ram stick has to turn on blue, these are all new sticks(bought them yesterday) so they shouldn't be damaged. I see you are mixing two separate kits together. Instead of mixing the kits, test the kit that has the stick with the weird LED issue by only having that kit installed in the motherboard according to the manual for the optimal DIMM slots for two sticks and then boot into Windows and see if the issue persists.

 

Also if you have other RGB software such as your motherboards RGB software it can cause a conflict with iCUE leading to issues like this.

Hello there, sorry for replying too late, I tried that but the issue persists, it will only turn blue, I have other software for rgb(armoury crate), I use it to sync every rgb on my pc, I don't think armoury crate has anything to do with my issue because I used it in the last year with only one kit(cmt16gx4m2c3200c16) and it worked without any problem at all, the problem started when I introduced the second kit (another cmt16gx4m2c3200c16) but it is really weird that only one color works.
