Sad CPU fan error and overheating

Hello,

My amd CPU used to get very hot and after a few months I just turn it on and in like 2 minutes it shuts down so I bought a 7700k and a new Mobo and now I get the same problem, but now it's without windows, I don't get the time to set it up.
I think I connected the fan connectors wrong.
Here are some pics.
