What's the deal with the support site?

So I went through the whole process of getting my LL fans replaced. Typical stuff, went smoothly, got the email to log back on the site to get my RMA label and found it to be down because of maintenance. Cool, no big deal, but now it's been a week and the link in the email still says there is maintenance and the regular support site has no 'Manage Ticket' box like it used to.

 

I just need my label so I can send these fans back.

I am also having trouble logging in, the link from my emails says "pardon our dust, maintenance blah blah blah" and when i log in from an alternate link I can't find an RMA label, only the entire support ticket conversation history, should I also send you link via PM?
