Blablabacon
I’ve submitted a support request thru corsair’s system for my K95 Platinum RGB that’s has a weird blue tint on the letter L in specific. I was told to send a support request, which I have done nearly a week ago, and have gotten no response yet. Something like this has happened in the past with my but with my Obsidian D series case, where one of the lights on the startup button wasn’t turning on. That support request was left unanswered for 2 whole years now. I’m hoping that that doesn’t happen with my keyboard, considering I paid 200 dollars for it. It’s really disappointing how the customer service hasn’t responded to any of my support requests, even though I’ve been told time to time to send one. Wikstone
They are really, really slow. My K95 is ghostwriting and i have been talking with support since june 18!
Blablabacon
It does say on each support email confirmation that each ticket will last for 21 days before it’s deleted. I don’t have a clue as to when they will reply. I’m really hoping at this point that they aren’t just trying to run down my warranty
Apophis3
No, they updated the software of their support system, and it caused a huge backlog. Maybe they need to hire more people. :)
FreeTsk23
I got my ticket answered today after 7 days. They were really helpful but waiting this long is no joke really. I hope you get your problem sorted soon. Edited July 28, 2019 by FreeTsk23 spelling
