JJHughes Posted April 23, 2014 Share Posted April 23, 2014 Hi, I submitted a ticket regarding my H60 on the 18th(Friday) which I believe has a defective/failed pump, it worked fine for first few weeks but then all of sudden it went down hill. PC would turn itself off while in BIOS because temps would reach over 80C, and this is in the BIOS. I purchased the H60 just over a month ago from amazon. I have tried everything such as replacing thermal paste and resetting the block, three times, with no avail. Back to my loud stock cooler for now:(: Just wondering will it take much longer to get a response? Also am I likely to get a replacement? Thanks.
