The Commander Pro instructions say connect each fan in your system to the Commander Pro. Can someone reply letting me know where to plug in the h150i fans. Infin1tum Posted May 24, 2020 Share Posted May 24, 2020 You can do either but by plugging the fans into the aio headers you saves your commander pro headers for case fans. That's usually the way I go. But for controlling the fans it doesn't matter, you plug the usb from the aio into the usb port of the commander and you can control everything in iCue then.
