Toasted
Does the cursor work fine when CUE is not running/connected to a different USB port? Try the mouse on another computer. Does it work fine with CUE? If not, contact your retailer and see whether they can replace the mouse for you.

Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted July 11, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 11, 2017 Have you by chance tried a different surface with your PC? Also, does the left and right buttons work, just no cursor movement?

Toasted
Please fill out your system specs. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/profile.php?do=extra -Do you have the latest chipset drivers installed, BIOS, Windows Updates, etc? -Do you have any other gaming peripheral software installed? If so, try temporarily closing them and see whether anything changes. -Does Windows detect the mouse normally?
