Default Direito à garantia

Olá. Eu comprei o Headset Corsair Vengeance 1500 7.1 em junho do ano passado. Atualmente, ele apresenta um defeito de ausência de som grave e um tipo de distorção no som. Quero proceder à troca do produto perante o fabricante, mas gostaria de sanar algumas dúvidas antes:

1) A única forma de usufruir da troca do produto por meio da garantia é enviando o produto aos Estados Unidos, ou é possível realizar essa troca aqui no Brasil?

2) Caso seja necessário enviar o produto aos Estados Unidos, basta que eu envie o headset dentro de sua caixa original, embrulhada em papel pardo? O RMA Departament aceita o produto assim?

3) Ou eu devo envolver a caixa do produto em plástico bolha e enviar dentro de uma caixa de papelão?

1) Our closest RMA depot is in the USA, but you can always talk to the store you purchased at and ask them about their warranty.

2) We do not need the original box. It just needs to get here in one piece.

3) Yes, bubble wrap and a box is best.

Hi. Thank you for your answers. I'll contact the local Institute of Consumer Protection to clarify the obligatoriness to pay the sending fees. Because the cost of the mailing is more than 1/4 the price I paid for the product.

Anyway, thanks for the attention.


Edit: Just for the record, is there any chance of Corsair to pay the mailing fees? Is there some right I don't know or something?
